This is a bit extreme, but gives you some ideas on how to get weight down. Testing your food needs is going to be good to help reduce weight, and thats coming from me the food snob.

Wow....you have it down to a science! I need to take a look at this and compare to mine. If you can get it down to that I will be amazed. Lean and mean!

Remember this is pack weight and not toatl weight. Things on my list are total weight, but things like the clothing you wear and boots are not considered pack weight.
